What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website, oberleen.in, is run by Oberleen Automation, Plot No. 548, Mahaveer Nagar - 1, Durgapura, Tonk Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302018, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Oberleen Automation. It explains how we handle personal data when you visit the site or use its forms and account features.
What we collect
You can browse most of the site without giving us any personal details. We collect data in these ways:
- Inquiry and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, company (if you give it), what you are interested in, and the text of your message.
- Registration and login: your name, email address, mobile number and company (optional). Login uses a one-time code, not a password. We store a scrambled (hashed) copy of the code for a few minutes, not the code itself.
- Campaign pages: if you join Measure Champions or take the #MeasureWhatMatters pledge, your name, email address (Champions), city and the message you write.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic browser details, which our server records in its logs and uses to limit abuse (for example, too many code requests).
- Location, only if you ask: the "Use my location" button on the Live AQI page reads your device position in your browser to find the nearest city. We do not receive or store it.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry or message and to follow up on it.
- To create and secure your account and show you your past inquiries.
- To run the Measure Champions and #MeasureWhatMatters campaigns and to contact people who join.
- To protect the site from misuse and to fix errors.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Cookies and sessions
We use only what the site needs to work. When you open a page with a form, or sign in, we set a session cookie. It holds a security token that stops forged form submissions and, after you sign in, keeps you signed in until you sign out or close the browser. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies at present. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Services run by others (listed below) may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as maps, may then not work.
Third-party services
The website uses the outside services in this table. When your browser contacts them, they receive your IP address and browser details and are governed by their own privacy policies.

Emails to our team about your inquiry or message are sent by our own web host. If we start using an email or SMS provider to send replies and login codes, we will name it here before it is switched on.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting and email delivery), when the law requires it, or with your agreement. Air quality readings shown on the Live AQI page are modelled data from Open-Meteo and are not personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and messages for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Account details are kept while your account exists. Login codes expire after 5 minutes. Server logs are kept for a short period. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Your choices).
Your choices
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us contacting you. To do so, write to info@oberleen.in. We may need to confirm who you are first. You may also have rights under Indian data protection law, including the right to complain to the relevant authority.
Security
We use sensible technical measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed login codes, limits on repeated requests and restricted access to stored data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute safety.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
